What's New With The Toyota Corolla Axio
Toyota keeps on rolling with new models from its Corolla line. In May 2012, the company launched the redesigned Toyota Corolla Axio sedan and its station wagon counterpart for the Japanese domestic market. Both the Axio and the Corolla Fielder wagon were given a facelift that lessened body size but retained Toyota’s signature safety and comfort.
The new body size is 50mm less than the previous model, making the car more compact. A new Axio deserves a new engine, and the 1.3-liter 1NR-FE engine is exactly that.
